Rose Rock North Winery Production Facility
The owners of Rose Rock North Winery, along with architect Corey Omey of Kaleido Studios, sought a practical and cost-effective mass timber solution for their production facility. Eco-Span Building Systems provided the ideal balance of affordability and design flexibility, outperforming alternative options like Glu-Lam beam structures. Our system offered a cost-effective way to achieve the aesthetic and functional goals of the project while ensuring durability and efficiency.
This 23,000-square-foot winery production facility features a three-part design to accommodate winemaking, storage, and harvest operations. The central winemaking section spans 80’ 8” wide, with a 53’-wide climate controlled wine barrel storage section. A 50’ covered porch was designed for harvest processing, storage, and loading dock operations. The structure delivers a blend of form and function, supporting the winery’s operational needs with a highly efficient and visually appealing mass timber design.
